DECLARATION :

I fully understand that registration is not a guarantee for admission and the application fee is non- refundable. Admission is granted only when there is an existing vacancy and the child’s performance in the test is satisfactory as per the school norms.
I have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of school fees. I have made satisfactory arrangements for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the school. I will pay the school fees online or through Demand Draft in favour of Praxy Fernandes Memorial Trust.
I have made careful note of withdrawal procedures.
(a)In case I decide to withdraw my child and s/he has not attended the school for a single day after admission formalities are completed, i.e. before the beginning of the session, the total charge paid, except the Admission fee, will be refunded.
(b) If s/he has attended school, even if it has been for just a day, only the Caution money will be refunded by the school.
I hereby certify that in case I do not claim the Caution money paid by me for a period of one year after my ward leaves the school, I will forfeit my right over the refund of this amount.
Other than classes Nursery, LKG and UKG, no admission process will be treated as complete until Transfer Certificate in original from the last school is submitted.
I understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify my child for admission / education at this school.
I hereby certify that we shall follow all the rules, regulations & procedures laid down by the school from time to time.
I understand that the fees may increase as per decision of the management .
I understand that if Development Fund and Caution Deposit from One time admission charges have not been paid upon entry into Nursery, LKG or UKG, these onetime admission charges will have to be paid upon entry into Class I.
